Guarantee - Valle gloves are guaranteed for 12 months against any defective
workmanship when used for the reason intended and under normal
conditions. Any damage from misuse will not be covered. The glove can be
returned to Valle Baseball Gloves, Return Department, 954 Denise Road,
Rochester, NY 14616. Valle Baseball will inspect the glove and determine
whether the condition of the glove would warrant the repair or
replacement covered by the warranty. Any consequential happenings that
may have been caused by defects in the materials, design, or workmanship
of the glove, would not be covered under this guarantee.
Return Policy - We know it is difficult to choose a glove without "trying it on" for fit
and feel. So, we offer this simple guarantee: Any Valle glove you
purchase can be returned for a full refund. If you are not 100%
satisfied with the glove you order, for any reason, simply return it,
unused (and before oiling or break-in), and we will promptly give you a
full refund of all charges (or, if you wish, an exchange for another
model)! |
